Portfolio Management and the Crisis
Many businesses have a large portfolio of ongoing project activity, most of it signed-off under very different circumstances from those which apply today. It will pay dividends to review this portfolio critically, with an eye not only to the P&L impact of these projects but also to consider carefully their cash-flow and capital implications. Some projects may need to be postponed, but some may even need to be accelerated.
